Position Overview - Student Information System Support Specialist:

We are seeking an honest, sincere, and values based team member to serve as the Student Information Systems Support Specialist with responsibility for ensuring target enrollment, assist with accurate student and faculty reporting to Charter School authorizers, and analysis of student performance data for the network. 

We use the PowerSchool student information system as well as its enrollment and registration module and planning implementation of its data analytics platform.  As such, this role is pivotal to the success and analysis of the school’s technical, information and data operation. 

This is an onsite position based in our main office (in the Fort Mill, SC/ Charlotte, NC region) and supporting the Schools throughout the region.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired
• Prior Student Information System or similar experience required
• PowerSchool experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Infinite Campus; ESchools, PeopleSoft, Skyward, FACTS, and similar tools desired
• Knowledge of school operations
• Knowledge of the school SIS annual cycle
• Database experience
• User account provisioning/management
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
• Commitment to Classical Education
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
• School Experience Preferred
