Clinical Lab Scientist - Information Tech II - IT Clinical Systems
SUMMARY: As an IT Clinical Lab Scientist II, you will independently support clinical systems and workflows within Valley Children's Healthcare (VCH), which directly or indirectly affect the laboratory systems and/or applications which utilize lab information. You will support either directly or in a consultative capacity the evaluation of products, assessment of operational issues, upgrades, implementations, and maintenance of clinical information systems (EMR) and 3rd party laboratory systems. This position requires a solid working knowledge for current laboratory and health system practices. This position also requires strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organization, excellent verbal and written communication, creativity skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively or independently on various projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills are critical as there are numerous interactions with internal staff and external vendors. Must possess a solid working knowledge of information systems technology.
POSITION DETAILS: Full time, 80 hours per pay period.
PAY RANGE: $40.85-$65.60
