Clinical Information Systems Director directs and coordinates implementation, design, and maintenance of clinical nursing information systems used to improve nursing operations. Conducts analysis to understand the needs of nursing staff and develop systems and strategy that supports and optimizes patient care and aligns with organizational objectives. Being a Clinical Information Systems Director researches and evaluates new technologies and tools used to provide new sources of data and streamline nursing practices. Plans the implementation, communication, and training for new technology deployments. Additionally, Clinical Information Systems Director requires a master's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to top management. The Clinical Information Systems Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. - Performing mobile paramedical exams (health history, vitals, obtain and complete specimens (blood, urine, etc.), and may complete ECG tracings (ECG's not available in all areas; the local office will determine this need).
- The ability to schedule your own hours; you tell us when you are available to assist with cases.
- Must have strong and continued communication with the branch office regarding case status.
Qualified candidates must have:- Current licensure, certificate of medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, and Paramedics) as required by your state for completion of phlebotomy services.
- Must have one year of current phlebotomy experience and completed a minimum of 100 successful draws, valid driver’s license, and own transportation with valid insurance.
- The position requires excellent communication, organization, and technical skills: the interpersonal skills to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff, as well as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
- The candidate must also have a computer, cell phone, and fax capabilities. Fixed compensation per case completed.
