Description

Under the direction of the Clinical Excellence Director, this position is primarily responsible to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes management and performance improvement by partnering with physicians, nursing, clinical documentation specialist and analyst team to evaluate focused clinical outcomes and process measures to ensure timely delivery of best practices and widespread dissemination of results and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
• 5 years Related experience in inpatient clinical setting.
• 2 years Experience in Performance improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Nursing.
• upon hire: AHIMA.
