Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health and Social Services, the Clinical Psychologist will consult with primary care providers on the assessment and treatment of psychological disorders, substance use disorders, chronic pain, and chronic disease. The facilities Medical Psychologist will perform behavioral health screenings, provide crisis intervention, facilitate group interventions, and provide referrals.
