Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Assistant Nurse Manager Cardiac Care will report directly to the Nurse Manager. They will be responsible for assisting with interviewing and hiring staff for area of responsibility and assist with implementation strategies to retain nursing team members. The Assistant Nurse Manager Cardiac Care assists in assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the clinical and operational functions for their area of responsibility. This individual helps manage staffing resources to provide optimum patient care based on patient’s needs and acuity and is accountable for appropriate utilization of personnel and material resources in accordance with budget. They will support and promote the Shared Governance model, assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, and be accountable for compliance with regulatory standards.
