Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Position Summary:The Director of Clinical Programming will oversee all aspects of mental health services and treatment of youth and their families for the Community Services department in Lorain County: including developing, evaluating and monitoring programs in our Lorain office(s). This individual will possessaMaster’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field. A valid Ohio LISW-S, LPCC-S or LIMFT is required. This individual will supervise managerial staff and oversee support staff. This position offers an opportunity to maintain an awareness of industry trends, identify Lorain county-specific issues and gain professional knowledge through establishing professional networks.
