Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborating with the Chief Program Officer on a project basis, the Director of Program Outcomes and Analysis will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of Asphalt Green’s programs and services. This position will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data collection through program evaluations, polls, and surveys, analysis, and reporting systems to measure success and organizational impact. The Director will also be responsible for utilizing data insights to inform senior leadership on a variety of strategic and operational matters.
