Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborating with the Chief Program Officer on a project basis, the Director of Program Outcomes and Analysis will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of Asphalt Green’s programs and services. This position will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data collection through program evaluations, polls, and surveys, analysis, and reporting systems to measure success and organizational impact. The Director will also be responsible for utilizing data insights to inform senior leadership on a variety of strategic and operational matters.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive program evaluation and survey framework: This includes designing data collection tools and polls, establishing key metrics, and identifying indicators of program success and curriculum efficacy.
    • Lead the analysis of program data: Utilize data visualization tools to analyze findings and identify trends, outcomes, and other impacts on participants, their families, and/or the community at-large.
    • Prepare reports and presentations: Communicate key findings and insights from data analysis to senior leadership, coaches, and program staff.
    • Collaborate with program staff: Work closely with staff to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for program, curriculum, and operational improvement, and coach development.
    • Develop and maintain data management systems: Work with Asphalt Green’s existing data team to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
    • Stay current with research and trends in program evaluation: Conduct research on best practices in sport program evaluations and implement new methods to improve.
    • Develop data-driven insights and narratives for the Marketing department: Utilize program outcomes and collaborate closely with the Marketing department to create compelling narratives that can effectively promote the organization.
    • Contribute to grant writing and funding proposals: Work alongside Asphalt Green’s Development department to provide data insights and analysis to support grant proposals and program funding initiatives.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications


    • Undergraduate degree in statistics, research methodology, program evaluation, or a related field required. Graduate degree preferred.
    • Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program evaluation and data analysis, preferably in the non-profit sector or youth development field.
    • Must possess technical skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in statistical software and data visualization tools.
