CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     This hospital is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager for its Respiratory Therapy department. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the respiratory therapy team, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and managing departmental budgets. The Manager will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement respiratory care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, the Manager Respiratory Therapy will also work part-time on the floor to provide direct patient care as needed. 

    The ideal Hospital Manager Respiratory will possess previous leadership experience (Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator, Manager, Director), clinical expertise in respiratory therapy and cardiopulmonary, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The Manager must also hold their Respiratory Care License (RRT or CRT). The Hospital Respiratory Manager will be a direct-hire employee for one of the health systems in the area, expected to work full-time, onsite.
