Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER evaluates patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Requires a bachelor's/master's degree, current RN license, or a related area. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
