This Clinical Pharmacist will report to the Manager of Pharmacy and work with a team of Pharmacists, Technicians, and other professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to meet the needs of the patients. Responsibilities include reviewing written prescriptions and drug orders, preparing, dispensing, and recording prescriptions and drug compounds with the utmost accuracy, reviewing patient medical profiles to assure quality and safe pharmacy performance, and practical knowledge of parenteral medications and aseptic techniques.
