Clinical Solutions, Kansas is a closed-door pharmacy servicing correctional facilities across the United States. We are seeking motivated Full-Time Pharmacist to work in our Wichita location that will be opening in November 2023.

Clinical Solutions offers the ability to work in a unique pharmacy setting and have a schedule that is conducive to work-life balance. In this setting, technicians work closely with pharmacists to provide excellent customer service via phone. Our desired candidate would be an excellent multitasker with the ability to enter orders in addition to communicating with our clients.

This role will assist in the daily activities of the pharmacy, including the development, oversight, and monitoring of services, in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Pharmacist in Charge.

Essential Functions:

1. Perform prescription verification duties in a dispensing pharmacy to deliver superior patient care and customer service.
2. Monitor and manage the prescription verification and quality assurance process.
3. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
4. Review all electronic orders that are input in the system. Make recommendations to the technicians to resolve any potential problems.
5. Review and verify all pharmacy orders filled by the technicians.
6. Communicate well and maintain positive client relationships and answer any pharmacist related called.
7. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Valid KS state licensure in good standing
• Proficient with computers
• Desire minimum 3 years' experience in a long-term care or high-volume closed-door setting
• Self-directed but also able to work well in a group setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Ability to manage a team of employees
• Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive
