Job Description:

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for three civilian Clinical Pharmacist at Hill Air Force Base, near Salt Lake City, Utah (UT). The Clinical Pharmacist position offers:

M-F, No Nights, Weekends or Holidays
• Schedule consists of 9hr shifts with a 1 hour meal break

Job Requirements:

The Pharmacist will have the following requirements:

• Includes, but not limited to: Ambulatory Care Pharmacy; Critical Care Pharmacy; Nuclear Pharmacy; Nutrition Support Pharmacy; Oncology Pharmacy; Pediatric Pharmacy; Pharmacotherapy Pharmacy; Psychiatric Pharmacy
• Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy or documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy.
• Any state license
• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D.)
