Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate in English to follow and understand work instructions.
• Ability to use simple math using addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and understanding percentages and fractions.
• Must be able to read a ruler and/or tape measure along with a dial caliper.
• Great attention to detail
• Sense of urgency to meet production standards.
• Ability to strictly adhere to all safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment when necessary.
• Ability to recognize and point out defects.
• Good Attendance
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at work on a daily basis.

Educational And Experience Requirements

• 3 years of CNC programming experience and/or a Technical Degree
• 1 year experience with any CAM Software
• Sound knowledge of CNC machines and machine shop practices
• Good Knowledge of machining tools
• Experience working with CNC Programming software.
• Ability to follow direction and work without constant direct supervision while achieving quality and production standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
