Our Client, a Machining Manufacturer in Turbotville, PA is looking for a CNC Machinist!
Job Duties:
Determine the fixtures, attachments and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications
Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts
Use CNC modules to design materials based on blueprints or programmed command sequences
Review and interpret cutting plans, enter them into control outlets before jobs and alter them to correct mistakes when necessary
Modify machines with attachments, fixtures or specialized tooling to achieve different production capabilities
Set up and maintain machine operations, lubricate workpieces and replace dull cutting tools
Monitor and adjust machine controls manually if programming proves inaccurate or machine is malfunctioning
Requirements:
High school diploma, equivalent or post-secondary certification required
Knowledge in CNC calculating, computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software preferred
Basic programming skills preferred
Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
1st shift- 7 am to 3:30 pm,
2nd shift- 3 pm to 11:30 pm
3rd shift- 11 pm to 7:30 am
