A leading acute-care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Manager Hospital Maintenance and Engineering to join their accredited healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director Support Services, the Manager will lead the daily operations of all services within engineering, hospital maintenance, emergency management, security, and life safety. The Manager Hospital Maintenance and Engineering will develop programs to maintain buildings and hospital equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, lead repair and construction projects, evaluate work processes, and play a major role in staff development. This position oversees both inpatient and satellite locations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural
• Current Life Safety certifications
• Prior working experience in a leadership capacity
