Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 (Market Rate)

Summary of Duties:
We are seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership, strategic direction, and management essential for overseeing the day-to-day operations of behavioral health, mental health, C&A, IDD service teams, as well as integrated outpatient, residential, and substance abuse disorder services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop professional staff through collaboration with the Executive Director for Quality Assurance Management.
- Coordinate and lead weekly staff and case management meetings.
- Provide oversight and leadership for clinical services, provided by clinicians and counselors, across departments.
- Manage and grow the Clinical department, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling.
- Plan, develop and implement strategies for program continuation and expansion.
- Conduct clinical training for staff and interns.
- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards agency success.
- Offer both clinical and personnel supervision for the clinical staff.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Key Functions:
- Administrative and Clinical oversight of Adult Clinic Treatment Programs in 6 counties.
- Administrative oversight of Child and Family Services, including School Based Mental Health Programs.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee various reporting requirements, including irregular hours and on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- This position requires either a Georgia State LCSW, LCSW-R, LPC, LMFT, RN, and a minimum of 5 years' senior clinical leadership in a supervisory capacity.
- Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology and licensure in the State of Georgia is required.
- Minimum of 5–7 years post-licensure experience as a practicing psychologist, counselor and/or therapist.
- Minimum 5 years of Behavioral Health experience.
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, collaborative, team setting.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, as well as organizational and problem solution skills.
- Strong analytical skills, computer proficiency and demonstrated use of computer applications, database maintenance and web based technology.
- Demonstrated experience and a commitment to diversity, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within Oconee Center diverse communities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Substance Use Disorder treatment, knowledge of recovery and mental health co-occurring disorders.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer applications.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, when necessary.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree required (Doctoral degree preferred).
- 3 years of managerial experience with direct supervision, including a minimum of 3 years in healthcare. Behavioral Health experience is required.
Pre-employment Requirements:
- Previous experience in the mental/behavioral health field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings: Drug screen, DBHDD Background check, and Motor Vehicle Report.
- 7 Year Motor Vehicle Report cannot have any more than 4 points. If there are more than 4 points, an approved DDS course to reduce the points must be taken.
