The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will oversee and manage the accounts payable team to ensure efficient, compliance, accurate, and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable team, verifying and processing invoices, identifies key trends impacting payments and vendors, reviews payment planning, provides coaching and mentorship to the AP staff, create standard operating procedures and training materials, support annual audits, and serve as a resource within the fiscal affairs department
