Under the direction of the Administrator, the Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective daily operations. The Supervisor provides direct supervision to Community Health Nurses and the Nursing Team and assures that skilled nursing care, case management and all contract services are provided to agency patients according to the standards of the Agency, JCAHO, and state and federal regulations.
