As a Selling Strategist, you will be directly supporting the growth of our company by closing new clients. You will be changing the lives and trajectory of your clients' careers in a positive and powerful way which, in turn, will grow the company and your opportunities as well.
Your days will be spent on the phone fulfilling the appointments set by a team of Relationship managers who have already nurtured and begun the relationship process with each lead you will speak to.
We believe in offering value first and that will make each closing easier while leading to the retention that brings referrals and future business. This is in addition to the many lead sources that are given to our sales team so they can keep your calendar filled... every appointment is another opportunity to close.
Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000 annually - this is Base plus unrestricted commission
