Position Overview:
As a Real Estate and Business Door-to-Door Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in expanding our presence across Los Angeles and Orange County. You'll be at the heart of our operations, bringing our unique real estate and business solutions directly to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform targeted door-to-door sales campaigns within Los Angeles and Orange County, promoting our real estate and business services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed personal sales targets by effectively utilizing sales and negotiation techniques.
• Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and trends.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within real estate or a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build trust quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow, with a particular interest in real estate investment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection.

Pay: $54,547.62 - $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
