Closing Man, NYS Driver’s License, Answering phone, Excellent Customer Service-from speaking with Customers at picking up, Completing work orders, and taking care of payment. Gasoline inventory record keeping, Closing Shop- Parking lot Maintenance, Moving vehicles in and out of shop, Pumping Gas, Taking care of drop offs, Oil Changes, Tire Changing and Repairing, bulbs, wiper replacement & basic Mechanical work. Also keeping oil-filter and wiper blades inventory current.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Proficient in 10 key typing and basic math calculations
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate contracts is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
