Cloud Systems Analyst is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Position Overview: This position is the liaison between business units and technology teams. Coordinates and leads the delivery of technical business solutions projects of all sizes. Projects include new initiatives as well as the maintenance and improvement of existing technological initiatives. This role is a long term contract and 100% remote.


    Essential Functions:

    • Collaborates with team members across the organization to identify technical business solution opportunities.
    • Consults with management and team members to review project requests and determine goals, time frame, costs, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources.
    • Analyzes business needs.
    • Documents business requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Creates and executes test plans and test cases.
    • Facilitates user acceptance testing.
    • Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
    • Leads and manages project team in the accomplishment of system development efforts.
    • Facilitates meetings, provides guidance, sets priorities, organizes work, gives direction and resolve problems.
    • Prepares project status reports and communicates project status and related issues.
    • Coordinates with stakeholders and technical teams for successful delivery of technical business solutions.
    • Researches and determines root cause of system errors and identifies potential solutions.
    • Collaborate with the Process Consultant team to pursue technology enhancements supporting process improvement initiative.


    Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, computer science, business management, management information systems or information systems; or equivalent education and experience.
    • 3 - 7 years of software systems administration or related systems experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications and other applications/software used in the daily functions of the organization required such as team foundation systems, SQL Server and basic understanding of writing and reading code.
    • Solid knowledge of process improvement, project management systems and agile methodology.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce administration and support required.
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce deployments required.
    • Solid data management abilities and experience with Salesforce Data Loader preferred.
    • Knowledge of Lightning Experience, Analytics, App Builder, Flows, Process Builders, Experience Builder and related components preferred. 
    • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Application Builder or Experience Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
    • Advanced organizational, verbal/written communication, project coordination and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
    • Critical thinking skills, high level of initiative, attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Willingness to learn and change in a dynamic environment.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
    • Must be able to quickly grasp business concepts and facilitate discussions to identify high level business requirements and needs.
