Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system - Assist customers in locating products and provide product information - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers - Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or concerns Qualifications: - Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or electronics sales is preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
