Cloud Systems Architect is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Architect develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Architect monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Architect works autonomously. Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect/Engineer to join our team. As an Architect/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Duties:
- Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and specifications
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an Architect/Engineer, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Experience in business development and client relationship management is a plus
- Knowledge of construction management principles is desirable
- Familiarity with interior design concepts is advantageous
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Sketchup, or other rendering software is a plus
