Summary:

The CNC Operator is responsible for the production process of cutting quality custom matting and adhering to the safety and work process procedures.

NWR recycles used tires into industrial rubber flooring used for horse barn stalls and trailers, athletic facilities, truck beds, and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities / Details:

• Setup and cutting of various rubber matting
  
• Perform minor equipment repairs
• Replace and monitor inventory of specialized blades
• Follow safe work place procedures & ensure personnel protective equipment is worn
• Consistently keep work area tidy
• Checks for quality on outgoing products
  
• Maintain target production rate

Specifications:

• Plant runs 24/7 - Must be able to maintain continental 12 hour shifts.
• Minimum 1 year CNC operating experience
• Comfortable with technology and computer applications
• Walking, standing, sitting, reaching, pulling, lifting
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment and follow safe work procedures
• Work as part of a diverse team.
