Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our second shift team after completing a training period on first shift. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate product according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling and drilling CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and techniques
