Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Minimum 3-5 yrs experince in turning.

Responsibilities:

- Program, set up and operate CNC lathe machines to fabricate parts

- Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machining operations

- Select and load appropriate materials into the machine

- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy

- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience Prgramming, setup and operating vatious CNC lathe machines up to a 72" swing in a manufacturing setting

- Conventional lathe experience a plus.

-Milling experience and plus, CNC or Conventional

- overhead crane experience

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting CAD drawings

- Knowledge of materials handling and warehouse procedures

- Familiarity with MASTERCAM programming and GD&T principles

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes

- Experience operating a forklift is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
