Job Description:
To provide the highest level of service to our customers and support to Large Ink staff.
Position Duties:

Open office/lobby at 8:00am and lock up office/lobby at 5:00pm

Provide initial customer service to walk in customers-provide basic pricing/general inquiry information, gather customer information for Customer Service Manager, take customer payments, receive deliveries

Provide customer service via phone-direct calls, provide basic pricing/general inquiry information, take messages, gather customer information for Customer Service Manager, take customer payments

Communicate with customers and Customer Service Manager to provide a bid or quote for customer signage/print projects

Work closely with Customer Service Manager and Graphic Designer to provide quick and accurate proofing and estimates to customers

Collect down payments/payments for jobs from customers
-
Ship customer orders via UPS and invoice customers accordingly

Order management for weekly client-provide proofs, track orders via spreadsheet, ship orders as necessary, and bill weekly

Invoice orders once jobs are complete/installed/delivered

Follow up with customers on outstanding orders and invoices

Employees in this position may be asked from time to time to assist in other means of the business and are not limited to the processes listed above. If employees are asked to perform other duties other than the above listed, proper training will be provided before the employee is to perform the specific task.
Typical Work schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some overtime requirements to meet client's and company business needs.
