Co-Pilot (Small Non-Jet) assists captain of the aircraft (non-jet smaller than 12,500 pounds at takeoff) with flight duties. Supports captain in calculating flight routes, speed, and take off and landing times to ensure aircraft meets scheduling requirements. Being a Co-Pilot (Small Non-Jet) keeps navigation manuals and charts up-to-date. Must stay current with federal and local flight regulations. Additionally, Co-Pilot (Small Non-Jet) must be capable of taking full control of aircraft while in flight. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Waterjet Operator to join our team. As a CNC Waterjet Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining 2 computer numerically controlled (CNC) Waterjet machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Waterjet machines to perform machining operations according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine dimensions and tolerances
- Select the appropriate programs, and materials to be used for each job
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process
- Monitor machine operations to ensure that products meet quality standards
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure product accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform minor repairs when necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Waterjet Operator or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and operating machining equipment
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and processes
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
