We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartenders to join a well established high end restaurant in beautiful downtown Whitefish, Montana. Only current resumes will be accepted. This is a fast paced high end craft cocktail bar so applicants must have a positive attitude, toward great product and customer service. Common respect and general kindness is a must. Duties:
- Prepare cocktails according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized bar
- Collaborate with the management/bar team to develop new menu items and specials
- Coordinate with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries of bar products
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure
- Punctuality is a non-negotiable
Experience:
- Previous experience as a craft bartender or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, bartending techniques, and liquor/beer/wine terminology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with menu planning, recipe development, and portion control
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
