We are looking for additional help on our production team.
Available positions:
Production Machine Operator needed to expand our current operation to a second shift. The production team helps with the manufacturing process of GreenPod K-Cups which includes operating automated and semi-automated production equipment.
Our GreenPod machine was the first of its kind in the world. This position will be responsible for operation of the pod machine, and associated pack-out equipment, to produce pallets of finished product. In addition to operating the GreenPod machine, the position will also help with preparing orders for shipment, receiving coffee that arrives for co-packing, packing pods into boxes and applying the retail labels. Packaging coffee into bags using a weigh-fill machine and semi-automated bag sealer.
This position will receive 2-4 weeks of training during the current production shift (8am-6pm Monday - Thursday), before becoming responsible for second shift production. The second shift could be evenings, nights, weekends, or a combination of those depending on the new team member's availability and current production needs.
