Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee our busy and thriving establishment. The Shop Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing the inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of shop operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Train and develop team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is required
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management principles and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food service management software is a plus
