Duties:

- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and maintain inventory levels

- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is required
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management principles and food safety regulations

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is preferred but not required
