Collateral Appraiser conducts commercial real estate appraisals and property ratings to establish the market value generally used for investment guidance, lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting and documenting on-site property inspections. Being an Collateral Appraiser performs data collection and research on building permits, prior assessments, and relevant market and economic conditions that impact property value. Reviews building plans and specifications and investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Additionally, Collateral Appraiser uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Collateral Appraiser occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     As an Independent Contractor (1099) you can perform multiple contracts in a day. Contracts start at $40 and go up from there, with potential to earn more depending on your availability to schedule and accept contracts. Along with other incentives
    Contract Requirements Include:
    Traveling distances do vary depending on your location. You will conduct Automotive inspections on physical inventories. Utilizing proprietary software to complete those reports. Identifying equipment, locating Serial/VIN numbers and documenting changes and or damages. Reconcile any missing vehicles and updating records. Then submitting completed reports within a given time frame.
    Contractor Skills and Qualifications:
    Must be able to computers and mobile applications on a smartphone or tablet.
     Flexible schedule and available during business hours. Monday-Friday 7-6pm
     Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, High School Diploma/GED and a smart phone and must have Automotive experience. This is a must have, this can be from prior Auto Inspectors, Insurance Adjustors, Mechanics, etc any field where you would need to know how to identity or determine if there is damage.
    Professional business appearance, demeanor, and good communication skills. Take online certifications to become familiarized with our client’s expectations. and to complete the onboarding process.
    Transferable Experience:
    Automatic Mechanic, Vehicle Inspector, Insurance Adjuster, Auto Body, etc
