AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a full time, hybrid Collateral/Intake Specialist to be responsible for handling Post Closing packages received daily and performing various functions to prepare for delivery. The Collateral/Intake Specialist is also responsible for logging the Notes and preparing Allonges.Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Post Closing Manager, the accountabilities and job activities of the Collateral/Intake Specialist position include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Open & log in packages and Original Notes via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS (In house employees only);
• Review documents using checklist;
• Remove Original Note from package and process;
• Prepare Allonges (In house employees only);
• Scan documents into a Shared drive (In house employees only);
• Prepare folders for documents and file daily;
• Hybrid/E-Closing Review (Remote employees only);
• Track down all Wet signed docs on e-Closings;
• Track down Final ALTAs and perform comparison;
• Full Loan Audits based on Manager direction;
• Handle high volume efficiently;
• Assist in other areas when needed;
• Work OT when necessary and approved;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with use of computer, copier, and scanner.
• Ability to bend and pull files.
• Sit for long periods.
• Ability to alphabetize.
• Good penmanship.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will need to be able to lift boxes approximately 35 pounds. May have to spend hours filing and pulling files. Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
