Express Auto Finance is looking for a qualified account manager for our Kalamazoo location. Responsibilities include: making calls to delinquent customers for payment, providing excellent customer service and following all FDCPA guidelines stressing importance of communication and on-time payment. Recommend accounts for repossession or charge off and attorney referral. Work closely with sales and service departments resolving customer complaints or service issues.

Job Requirements:

• Computer literate.
• Willing to work some weekends and evenings.
• Skip tracing experience a plus.
