Who You Are:
We are looking for a Collections Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer service while collecting past due accounts with care.
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming and make outgoing Collections calls

• Generate Installment Plans for delinquent customers

• Advise and negotiate with delinquent customers in accordance with Home Energy Fair Practices Act (HEFPA)

• Navigate, Generate and Complete work orders, and note actions with customers within SAP

• Investigate and process returned payments and credits

• Support continuous process improvement activities through engagement of management and staff

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately

• Must be able to multi-task

• Demonstrates good judgment

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Firm yet compassionate when communicating with customers

• Diligence in following regulations

• Ability to work as schedule Monday through Friday; AM and PM shifts.

Production floor is open Monday- Friday from 7am- 7pmP
