Collections Specialist

What you’ll be doing to make an impact:- Implement a tiered approach to maximize cash receipts.
- Issue effective communication to overdue accounts.
- Utilize various techniques to locate customers.
- Engage with customers to understand reasons for non-payment.
- Manage and issue letters for payment commitments.
- Facilitate small claims court complaints as needed.
- Advise on potential bad debt write-offs.
- Ensure accurate and updated records of customer payment status.
- 3 years in collections, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining precision.
- This position pays $40-50k/year.
