Starting Pay: $17.00/hr. 

Schedule:  8:30 am-5:30 pm

Summary 

Reviews customer accounts to determine missed or overdue payments for Gandy Ink and Go Gear while serving as an entry-level finance professional who assists with administrative duties and helps meet the accounting goals of the finance team.

Essential Job Functions

• Applies customers payments on account
• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments
• Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
• Submits regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress
• Provides customer support to customers with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing process
• Uploads tax forms
• Invoices customer orders
• Performs balance sheet reconciliations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Math and Excel skills
• Teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
