Job Description:
Sub-acute/ Long Term Care Facility- Full time (Regional Office)
Previous experience in an Healthcare; Preferably in Sub-Acute Long Term Care Nursing Home but will train the right person
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Math Skills
*Experienced in PCC, FISS, NJMMIS and Excel, Word and Outlook A
*Medicare, Mediciad, Commercial Billing experience
*Experience in AR/Collections, reviewing aging
*Record collection documentation in resident record as required for Multi-Facilities
* Knowledge of all insurances
*Prepares administrative reports and general duties as directed
*Maintain Resident Personal Needs account
Candidate will Maintain excellent working relationship with piers and outside agencies.

What does a Collections Supervisor do?
Collections Supervisor
Assists in Collections QC functions including DRF review, completing Correction Reports, performing follow-up discussions with staff as assigned, performing audits, reviewing QC records and data sheets, and assisting with QC activities as requested.
