North State Acceptance, LLC, is an Auto and Consumer Loan finance company seeking to hire a professional and friendly Collection Manager with extensive collections experience in Subprime Auto Finance and experience managing personnel.

This position is responsible for the daily functions related to managing the branch collections and recovery portfolio. Specific duties may include collecting on delinquent accounts, meeting performance goals and managing branch personnel. This individual is responsible for performing miscellaneous duties related to branch operations.

• Professional Collections experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others
• Possess excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
• Demonstrate good leadership and diplomacy skills and ability to delegate tasks
• Team player, willingness to and be adaptable in challenging situations
• Ability to demonstrate competent computer skills.
