Description:

We are seeking a junior tax accountant clerk for a medical B2B services company. This position is a 6-month contract and is fully onsite. This position entails calling B2B to collect on past-due payments and get updates on pending invoices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have strong computer skills and knowledge.
• Must have great customer service.
• Need to have collections experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Job Duties:

• B2B to collect on past due payments and get updates on pending invoices.
• B2B collections via phone call and emails.
• Working through Excel, using basic functions.
• Assisting with the catch up on past due invoices.
• Assisting with accounts receivable duties such as routing invoices.
