We provide fast, professional assistance to financially stressed or credit-challenged segment of borrowers.

ABOUT THE POSITION: You will reduce account delinquency rates by working with our highly valued customers to identify and complete payment opportunities. To accomplish this, you'll:

• Make outbound and inbound calls manually or via auto dialer to collect payments on delinquent accounts.
• Provide effective education and service to our customers to minimize the need for vehicle repossession.
• Set up payment terms and methods with customers, while eliminating customer attempts to delay payment and/or any obstruction to payment opportunities.
• Effectively prioritize accounts and identify prime collection opportunities to optimize collection possibilities.
• Execute standard skip-tracing methods to locate customer and vehicle lead information.
• Follow internal and federal guidelines in accordance with parameters of the FDCPA and other regulations.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: Hourly rate plus bonus earnings nets out to between $25 - $33 per hour, depending on your collection effectiveness and efficiency skills.

LOCATION AND SHIFT: This position is currently a hybrid work arrangement, with the home office in Van Nuys, CA. The shift fluctuates between a 7 am and 9 am start time, Mon-Fri, with periodic Saturday shifts. Schedule and hybrid design are subject to change depending on business need.

• Exceptional negotiation and closing capabilities
• Possesses and applies emotional intelligence for the purpose of securing customer payments
• Collections/Skip Tracing experience
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
• Ability to work in and promote a work environment that fosters a positive and effective team building spirit.
• The individual must be driven by personal and team performance goals.
• Must be able to handle High Call Volume
• Practical knowledge and experience complying with the FDCPA
• Previous Dialer System experience.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule and weekends
• Computer/PC proficiency
