The College College Registrar is responsible for class registration, assigning classroom space, and updating student records. Oversees university/college's system of student records. Being a College College Registrar determines students who have achieved certain scholastic goals, such as the Dean's List. Ensures that all requirements have been met prior to graduation and that diplomas are factually correct. In addition, College College Registrar requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being a College College Registrar contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. 10 Month Secretary -Registrar__School/Family Liaison at ESC
WORK DAYS: Monday through Friday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- The Secretary-Registrar-School/Family Liaison's primary responsibilities are:
1) Registering Students in the District
2) Identifying, registering, and offering transition support for newcomer students and families, attending different meetings, and other office and advocacy-related responsibilities.
3) Interprets for school/parent conversations, over the phone as needed, and at meetings and Translates documents as needed.
4) Supports the Student Services and Equity Department with different tasks.
5) Other duties as assigned.
