Position: VP Commercial Banker

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of commercial lending experience required. 

Work Hours: Full-Time position with occasional before/after-hours event attendance 

Work Location: Green Bay Loan Production Office (300 N Broadway Suite 1C)

Requirements

 A Day in the life:  Our Commercial Bankers are responsible for providing key financial contributions to the bank by growing, developing, managing, and retaining a portfolio of commercial relationships. You will do this through:

• Building and managing a loan portfolio and monitoring credit quality within that portfolio. 
• Serving as a trusted advisor to our current and prospective clients. 
• Mentoring our upcoming talent.
• Actively participating in and attending bank and community events as a representative of the Bank.
