The VP of Operations will be responsible to the Chief Operating Officer. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Assist in the process of researching and reconciling grievances within respective regions; promotion of ARcare services in assigned region; increase patient access to services; monitor and manage the no show rate for all applicable facilities; community activism; oversee Arkansas fundraising activities; attend the regional director meetings on a quarterly basis; and oversee the ARcare operations, staffing, and the facilities management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years within a healthcare organization, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications, and the ability to relate with consideration and effectiveness to the patients and to the employees of the health center. Travel is required.
