We are seeking a Vice President, Youth and Family Wraparound Services! Join our team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The Vice President, Youth and Family Wraparound Services is responsible for providing oversight and strategic direction for intensive youth and family services provided by ISBH. This position will build and manage multiple programs focused on providing resources and services needed to stabilize youth and families who are experiencing behavioral health conditions that are impacting their health and well-being. This position will be responsible for financial performance, ensuring high quality and compliant operations, and relationship management with stakeholders. This role will lead efforts to improve the system of care for youth and families by working with state and local partners to ensure a comprehensive and equitable network of community resources are available, leading from a strong foundational belief in the resiliency, wisdom, and strength of families. The salary range for this position is $121,000.35 to $141,771.20 per year based on experience. Essential Functions:
