Expected Outcomes and Results:

This position will play a strategic leadership role to drive growth. JourneyTEAM is looking for a marketing leader that can build the right team, architect and execute a strategy to grow revenue 30% annually, and get a return on a $3M budget. 

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a fully engaged and high performing team.
• Marketing Strategy: Own and deliver JourneyTEAM's complete marketing strategy keeping on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive success.
• Pipeline Generation: Generate $60M top of funnel new pipeline.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals. Drive initiatives that contribute to $20M in new closed sales.
• Budget Management: Manage a $3M annual marketing budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years' experience leading marketing for a SaaS and/or professional services organization over $30M in revenue.
• Experience leading a marketing team of at least 5 contributors.
• Demonstrated success in driving marketing efforts with measurable results.
• Experience leading SEO, PPC, ABM, events and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and explore new approaches to marketing.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

Things that will be helpful, but aren’t required:

• Marketing for a Microsoft Partner or similar technology partner ecosystem.
• Marketing degree or formal training.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CE for marketing and sales or other Microsoft technologies like Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365.

30 Days:

• Understand current marketing initiatives, successes and challenges.
• Connect and build relationships with C-Suite and Practice Directors.
• Analyze current marketing spend and results.

3 months:

• Create initial draft for JourneyTEAM’s complete marketing strategy.
• Completed marketing team plan for roles and responsibilities.
• Initial short-term improvements in marketing processes, spend and campaigns.

6 Months:

• Executing on a clear strategy and plan to drive demand and top of funnel pipeline.
• Right team in place to win.
• Measurable results and improvements.

Compensation: $100,000-140,000 (DOE)  performance-based bonus structure
