We are seeking a talented and passionate CA licensed Bilingual Hair Color Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess a valid and current California cosmetology or manicurist license, and have a strong background in Hair Color and Hair Cutting... If you have a specialty is hair extensions and/or hairstyling this is a plus!

Responsibilities:

- Conducting Hair Color and Hair Cutting classes in both English and Spanish

- Demonstrating various Hair Color and Hair Cutting Techniques and procedures; following our curriculum

- Teaching current Hair Color and Hair Cutting techniques

- Providing knowledge on Hair products, hair tools and their uses; following and using products included in the instructor and student kits

- Ensuring the use of current California sanitary practices

- Sharing experiences from the world of being a Hair Color and Hair Cutting Specialist

- Fostering a positive learning environment

- Inspiring and motivating students

- Promoting a passion for Hair Color, Hair Cutting and education

Qualifications:

- Valid and current California cosmetology or manicurist license

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) this is a MUST.

- Proficiency in current Hair trends (e.g., highlights, baby highlights, ombre, blondes, etc.)

- In-depth knowledge of Hair products and their applications

- Experience in the Hair industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Energetic and enthusiastic personality

- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cosmetology: 3 years (Required)
