Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with our clients and carrier partners to develop customized insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals and new business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and carrier partners.
• Conduct regular reviews of our clients' insurance coverage and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Provide exceptional service and support to our clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that all requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our clients receive seamless and efficient service.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that our clients receive the most current and effective insurance solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Professional designations, such as CIC and CPCU, are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Knowledge of insurance products and coverages, including property and casualty, general liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with agency management software, such as Applied Epic, is preferred.
